Let’s Help the Children’s ultimate endeavor is to create a twenty-four hour care center and after school safe haven for disadvantaged children in our neighborhoods. Let’s Help the Children has long term plans to erect Safe Houses throughout New Jersey and Providing children with food, clothing and a safe environment, Let’s Help the Children will welcome all children in need with the open arms of caring adults volunteering around the clock.

The Safe House will be designed for after-school activities and will be equipped with sleeping facilities for children in need of rescue from unsafe living conditions. Services available at the Safe House will focus on the emotional and physical well being of the children. In-house crisis counselors will be available 24 hours a day providing support to children and teens.

In addition, Let’s Help the Children’s Safe House will arrange medical care, provided by cooperating physicians and dentists, for children without access to health services.

All fund-raising in the New Year will finance the purchase and renovation of our first Safe House building. With you support in the form of generous donations, Let’s Help the Children eagerly anticipates the day when our safe haven will open its doors to New Jersey’s children in need.
